Katie is the Communications Manager for the Maryland Just Power Alliance. She manages our communications with leaders, donors, and external audiences through our emails, website, social media, press coverage, fundraising, and more.

Prior to joining the Maryland Alliance, Katie was a leader at our sister organization VOICE (Virginians Organized for Interfaith Community Engagement) in Arlington, where she organized members of her church and community to support the successful Missing Middle Housing campaign to allow a broader range of housing types in Arlington.

Katie also has experience in communications and change management from her previous role as a Business Analyst at CGI Federal. She has a B.A. in Sociology from William & Mary and holds certifications in project management and change management. In her free time, she enjoys singing in her church choir.
